Why Natural Vitamins?

There are three types of vitamins: synthetic, organic extracts and natural.

1. The first type, synthetic vitamins, is man-made in a test tube. Synthetic vitamins do not contain enzymes, just inorganic substances (coal tar, plastics,). Synthetic vitamins contain questionable additives, acts as a stimulant in the body, and, like most man made things, commonly have side effects. These vitamins are generally what you find in a drug store.

2. The second type of vitamins is classified as natural isolate/organic extract. They are usually a health store Variety and may be classified by the FDA as a drug. They isolate only some known nutrients. If they use a heat process it destroys enzymes, but the manufacturer is unlikely to tell you. They only have to be 15% natural to be classified by the FDA as natrual isolate vitamins. They act as a stimulant in the body, and are often imbalanced. This type of vitamin oftens comes with fillers and binders.

3. The third and best type of vitamin for the human body is called natural or unaltered. The ingredients are proven potent, pure and bioavailable. The manufacturer uses known nutrients. There are also some unknown nutrients in these vitamins because to this day we don’t know all the nutrients in whole foods. There is phytochemical activity. A cold process is used to make these vitamins in order to preserve the natural enzymes. No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives are used to make natural vitamins. It is the same as eating a real apple or orange, and it feeds and improves cell health. These are classified by the FDA as a food, and are referred to as nutritional supplements.
